most important amino acids BCAA & L-Glutamine. Monster Whey Protein
furthermore contains unique compound Pep-FormTM (Leucine Peptides) and

Recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop of Monster Whey Protein with 200 ml of water or low fat milk. Use a blender or hand held shaker Amix™. Have 2-3 servings daily, depending on daily need of protein.
