Recommended dosage: Take 2 capsules daily with meal. Wash down with plenty of water.

Ingredients: Acethyl-L-Carnitine, Silymarin extract (silybum marianum seeds), gelatin capsule (made from pure gelatin, water, dye: titanium dioxide), LactoSpore™ (Bacillus coagulans, maltodextrin), emulsifier: soya lecithin, anticaking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, Phosphatidylserine 50% (enriched soya lecithin), anticaking agent: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; nicotinamide (vit.B3 Niacin), pyridoxine HCl (vit. B6).
