Recommended dosage: The basic daily dose is 1 ampoule (60 ml). Take it approx. 30-45 minutes before physical performance. Do not exceed the maximal daily dose! Wash down with plenty of water. Darkening of the liquid in a natural phenomenon, it is not a defect.
