GreenDay® CLA 1000 is a food supplement with 80% content of Conjugated Linoleic Acid.
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring group of derivatives of linoleic acid found in beef, dairy products (as a results of incomplete ruminal biohydrogenation) and vegetable oils (sunflower and safflower). The term conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) refers to a collection of positional and geometrical isomers of linoleic acid with conjugated double bonds.
CLA is a naturally occuring omega-6 fatty acid and cannot be produced by the body and so must be consumed through your diet. Our softgels deliver a quick and convenient source of CLA oil for your diet, allowing you to integrate them into your training programme as you push for progress.
Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule (softgel) daily preferably with meal. Wash down with plenty of water.

Ingredients: conjugated linoleic acid (from safflower oil), gelatin capsule (made from pure gelatin, thickener: glycerol, water).
