GreenDay^® Vitamin D3 is an essential, fat-soluble vitamin and very often presented like sunshine vitamin. When our skin is exposed to the sun, our bodies make vitamin D. Everything depends of seasonal factors. But risking a sunburn isn´t good way to get your dose of vitamin D. Food supplements of vitamin D are safe and effective. D3 form is most effective. The older you are, the more vitamin D you need.
