GreenDay® Super Omega 3-6-9 contains extract from fish oil, borage oil and flaxseed oil in softgel, which are sources of unsaturated fatty acids.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA.
Recommended dosage: As a food supplement, take 1 or 2 capsules (softgels) daily preferably with meal. Wash down with plenty of water.
