Lute-IN 90 caps

GreenDay^® Lute-IN^® is food supplement contains lutein, which is a natural fat-soluble carotenoid, found in vegetables and fruit, particularly concentrated in green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach and collard greens. You can find it in healthy eyes. It is a yellow pigment classified as common xanthophylls. Xanthophylls play a critical role in the photosynthetic process. Lutein and its isomer, zeaxanthin, often occur together and lutein can be converted to zeaxanthin in the blood serum.

Even though you are born with it, lutein is not reproduced and replenished by the body so your levels naturally decline with age. Thus, it´s particularly important to consume this essential carotenoid to keep your retina and macula as healthy as possible. So, the only way to get these nutrients is through diet and/or supplementation.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule (softgel) daily with meal. Wash down with plenty of water.

Ingredients: corn oil, gelatin capsule (made from pure gelatin, thickener: glycerol, water), lutein, yellow beeswax.
