Recommended dosage: For
people with body weight up to 80 kg take 1 scoop (5,7 g) daily 30
minutes prior exercise, for those between 80 kg and 100 kg of body
weight take 2 scoops (11,4 g) daily 30 minutes prior exercise and for
those above 100 kg of body weight take 2 scoops (11,4 g) daily
30 minutes prior exercise and 1 scoops (5,7 g) 2 hours later. Wash down
with plenty of water. Do not exceed daily recommended daily dosage!
