Recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop of CarboJet™ Basic (50 g) with 200 - 250 ml of low fat milk or water. Use hand held shaker Amix™, mix for about 30 seconds. Have 1-3 servings daily, depending on daily need of carbohydrates and proteins.
